Basic Jump Rope Workout

Basic Jump Rope Workout is perfect for clients looking to start using a jump rope to improve their foot speed and conditioning. This workout is 15 minutes long and reccomended to be done 3-5 times a week.
Medical Clearance *
By signing up you are confirming that this player is medically cleared to participate in a full contact sport by a doctor and that if any medical issue arises before the scheduled session you will notify the staff of Brendan Newcomb Basketball.
Medical Waiver *
By signing up you are confirming acknowledgement that basketball is a full contact sport with inherent risk of injury and that Brendan Newcomb Basketball, any practice / game facility, or any Brendan Newcomb Basketball staff member are NOT to be held responsible in the event of a normal basketball injury that occurs during a Brendan Newcomb Basketball session/workout.
Property Waiver *
By signing up you are confirming acknowledgement that all property brought into any Brendan Newcomb Basketball session/workout by a player or parent is the sole responsibility of that player or parent and that Brendan Newcomb Basketball, any practice / game facility, or any Brendan Newcomb Basketball staff member are NOT to be held responsible for any missing or damaged property at any Brendan Newcomb Basketball session/workout.
